Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MeshAnalyzer (the "Service") provided by MeshAnalyzer ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable use

You may use MeshAnalyzer for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Upload, share, or process content you do not have the legal right to distribute.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source of the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product, or to train machine-learning models on user data.
• Interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Pro features under your own brand without a written agreement.

2. Accounts & security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@meshanalyzer.app of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & billing

The Service offers a free 2-day trial, a free tier (after account creation) with limited features, and a paid Pro tier billed monthly or annually via PayPal.

• Monthly Pro: US $9.00 / month, billed monthly until cancelled.
• Annual Pro: US $79.00 / year, billed once per year until cancelled.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal.
• Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are added at checkout where required.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within PayPal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, text, and logos, is owned by MeshAnalyzer and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal or business purposes as long as you comply with these Terms.

The "MeshAnalyzer" name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission except for fair-use references (e.g. linking to us, attribution in a blog post).

6. Your files & content

You retain all rights to the 3D models, mesh files, annotations, and other content you upload or create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

• We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
• We do not use Your Content to train AI / ML models.
• We do not share Your Content with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g. our hosting provider).
• Files saved to your cloud workspace remain private unless you explicitly generate a public share link.
• Anyone with a share link can view the linked model. Treat share links as you would any sensitive URL.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the mesh-analysis or repair results will be suitable for any particular purpose, including 3D printing or production-grade manufacturing. Always verify critical files manually before committing them to physical production.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeshAnalyzer's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data after 30 days. You may export your saved files and cancel your subscription before termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MeshAnalyzer operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
